Louie is missing his right eye, but that doesn't get him down! H
is foster says he is outgoing, affectionate and loves to play with his stuffies. He also really enjoys his naps.
Louie is leash and crate trained. He does well with potty training if let out often. He loves to meet other pups on his walks and always wants to play with his cat foster brother.
