Oscar is approximately 2- 3 years old and our best guess is a lab/basset hound mix. What we know for sure is he is 100% adorable!  He is potty trained, crate trained, and already knows basic commands.  Oscar loves to be outside and walks very well on a leash with no pulling.  Oscar does great with cats and loves female dogs.  He'd like to be the only male dog in the house.   Odds are Oscar's first couple years were not the easiest so he is a bit shy and doesn't trust quickly.  It will take him a day or two to warm up, and then he is your best friend and he falls hard for his people.  He just needs to understand you are safe.
