Meet Bernie!

Bernie is a lovable 1-year-old Bernadoodle with a heart full of sweetness! He’s fully housebroken and easy to walk on a leash, though he can be a little unsure of new things at first. With just a little patience, he quickly learns that the world isn’t so scary—one day he was wary of a parked car, and a few days later, he was strutting down a busy street like a pro! With patience and encouragement, he builds confidence quickly.

This affectionate boy is a total Velcro dog—once he bonds with you, he’ll be your shadow always by your side. He’s soft-hearted, eager to please, and loves being the center of attention, whether he’s being playful, silly, or just soaking up love from his humans.

Bernie does great with other dogs and would probably love to have a fur sibling.  His favorite place to be is definitely with his humans.  We are working with him on being confident when he is home alone.

This handsome boy is also a big fan of snack time! He loves yogurt (his first taste was like a kid experiencing ice cream!) and enjoys munching on crunchy carrots.  His food motivation makes him a quick learner.

Bernie had to have a shave down due to mats, but we have provided a before and after picture to give you an idea of his coat.  With proper grooming he will be even more stunning when that coat grows back in!
