Charlie
You may remember seeing Charlie’s story the other day - he was confiscated from a life of neglect after he was failed by humans (see below)
We are happy to share this story of rags to riches - as this sweet boy now has a home to call his own - with a big backyard to boot!
Charlie is a true testament to the resiliency of dogs - and that rescue dogs are not only not broken - they’re actually even more amazing, ready to give you all the love & kisses
We’re so excited for him to live his best life!
Happy Furevers Charlie!
Chance
We are excited to close out 2022 with an extra special adoption!
Chance’s foster mom suffered heartbreak when her previous foster (hospice foster Lilly) passed in August and not long after that, the tragic and unexpected loss of her personal pup, Rory, after emergency surgery.
Chance also suffered a tragic loss himself in 2021, when his dad of 8 years passed away suddenly, a loss he seemed to never fully recover from. As the days went by, Chance (aka Chancey) and his foster mama began to develop a deep bond, healing each other in their shared losses. Eventually foster mom realized Chance was already home, and decided to make it official. This lucky senior boy is getting all the special care he needs and even got to road trip to meet extended family for the holiday. We couldn’t be happier this pair found each other!
Kira (Now Georgia)
Kira put out a signal with her adorable ears & snagged herself the best family!
Her new Mom said when she saw her photo she just knew she was the pup for her! Kira now has an amazing full family - a mom and dad and five siblings to call her own!
Happy Furevers Kira!
Sidney
The last of our ‘Scream’ puppies (Sidney, Dewey and Billy) is now home! Sidney found an amazing home with a rescue buddy to play with - the dignified Bentley!
We are so excited for this sweet girl and her many loving days ahead
Happy Furevers Sidney!
Max
The amazing adoption story you’ve all been waiting for - Max has found his forevers
This sweet boy came to us with suspected chemical burn after a concerned citizen connected him to rescue. Max was well-loved but his family was not in a position to help or care for him long-term.
He went through light therapy to help him heal, and has since undergone surgery to correct his cherry eye, just in time to meet his new adoring parents! His foster family did an amazing job getting him to this point and we can’t thank them enough (See his progress photos below!)
Max’s new parents are both retired and ready to accept all of his hugs and kisses (which he loves to give!) They rescued their last pup who they loved through thick and thin, until the beautiful age of 17! We are so excited for Max and his amazing new family!
Happy Furevers sweet Max!
