Sweet little Otis has hit the jackpot with his new family.  These amazing empty nesters found exactly what they were missing with Otis.  He is living his best life spoiled and loved with a new wardrobe some can only dream of! 

Otis was in a first time HVR foster home who did a great job helping to market him.  Little did they know their own parents would be so smitten they would adopt the little man! Big win for everyone, Otis stays in the family and will be the best dressed little dude ever
