Hunter's Village is a volunteer-run rescue and we rely 100% on community donations (both financial and with time). We are currently 100% foster-based, so we do not have a shelter for volunteers to visit. If you are interested in fostering please fill out a foster application.

Current volunteer opportunities (aside from fostering) include:

Dog Transport (to and from vet, to new foster, etc), Phone interviews (initial applicant interviews both fosters and adopters), Home visits (approving homes for fosters and/or adopters), Professional Grooming (occasionally dogs come to us in poor matted condition and would love the volunteer services of a professional groomer - we will advertise your business and give shout outs in return), Runner (picking up donations, meds from vet, basically errands that don't include a dog in your car) and Grant writers.
